Chief Technical Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the forward-looking planning, implementation, and evaluation of the company's overall technology and product development direction; formulate the company’s overall technology development strategy and provide data analysis and support for company development strategies and related decisions;
2. Responsible for the structured development and daily management of the company’s technical team, including team member training, performance evaluation, and incentives, as well as establishing management systems for various technical regulations and standards;
3. Responsible for organizing the formulation and implementation of major technical decisions and technical schemes;
4. Responsible for the unified management of the bidding process and review of technical solutions during the overall operation of engineering projects, and resolving technical issues in project implementation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electromechanical, construction, automation, or related fields;
2. Under 50 years old, with over 8 years of experience in weak current and wireless telemetering system project construction and management, intermediate or higher professional title;
3. Experience in bidding or project management for medium to large-scale weak current and wireless telemetering system projects;
4. Good communication and coordination skills and excellent on-site management abilities;
5. Rich knowledge in the construction industry and wireless telemetering systems, capable of designing solutions and reviewing construction drawings.
Technical Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design of building intelligence and wireless telemetering system projects;
2. Responsible for technical confirmation of relevant company products and technical verification during the process of finding products that meet company requirements;
3. Conduct technical exchanges with clients in the early stages, develop project planning and design schemes, and handle project bidding work;
4. Provide full technical support during project implementation, guide the technical aspects of project execution, maintain smooth communication, and strictly control project costs;
5. Assist project managers in technical communication and exchanges with clients and relevant units.
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or above in building automation, computer science, automation, wireless communications, or related fields; at least 3 years of experience in building automation and wireless telemetering system design and construction work;
2. Able to independently complete integrated project planning and design, drawing design, and bidding work, with strong design capabilities in building automation and wireless telemetering systems. Proficient in CAD, FLASH, PHOTOSHOP, EASE3.0, and other design software;
3. Preferably with experience in large comprehensive building automation and wireless telemetering system projects;
4. Good communication and expression skills, strong customer service awareness, and team spirit.
Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for on-site construction, installation, debugging, and management of building intelligence and wireless remote transmission systems;
2. Responsible for designing budget quotations, on-site construction drawings, and determining the overall bidding cost and pricing;
3. Responsible for addressing various issues arising during project construction and providing timely solutions;
4. Responsible for completing project proposal design, equipment list configuration, bidding documents, and related tasks;
5. Responsible for collecting project payments promptly according to the construction progress;
6. Responsible for after-sales service of weak current projects.
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or above, healthy, strong learning ability, with more than 2 years of project implementation and management experience, and experience in building intelligence and wireless remote transmission systems;
2. Rich experience in on-site construction management, proficient in relevant drafting software;
3. Technically proficient, with experience in structured cabling, security engineering, and GPRS wireless remote transmission system construction, familiar with construction sites;
4. Good psychological quality and team spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Sales Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow the work arrangements and management of the Marketing General Manager, and comply with all rules and regulations;
2. Responsible for market development, customer maintenance, and sales management;
3. Responsible for product promotion and sales, achieving sales targets;
4. Develop personal sales plans and visit customers and develop new clients according to the plan;
5. Collect and find customer information, and establish customer files;
6. Assist the General Marketing Manager in formulating sales strategies, sales plans, and quantifying sales targets;
7. Develop a sales budget, control sales costs, and improve sales profits;
8. Handle the signing, fulfillment, and management of sales contracts, and coordinate and resolve various market issues;
9. Receive visiting customers and coordinate daily sales affairs.
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or above in science or engineering, marketing development or sales experience preferred, no gender restriction;
2. Must have a driving license and be able to drive;
3. Able to accompany leaders on business trips and social engagements.
