Anti overflow skirt board is a necessary item in mining sites, which serves to seal between the conveyor belt and the guide chute, as well as between the buffer bed and the guide chute. It can solve the problem of material scattering in the guide chute and minimize the dust concentration in the corridor.
The anti overflow skirt adopts a double-layer sealing structure, with a blocking edge on the inner side and a skirt edge on the outer side. A static dust cavity is formed between the two layers, greatly enhancing the sealing effect and ensuring negative pressure for dust removal.
The anti overflow skirt board is tightly attached to the guide groove, with the bottom in contact with the conveyor belt. The skirt edge can rotate within a certain angle when turned outward. Due to its elasticity, rubber can maintain tight contact with conveyor belts and has excellent sealing performance, effectively preventing material leakage.
The installation of the double sealed anti overflow skirt is simple and fast, fixed by accessories such as corner aluminum and clamps:
1. The corner aluminum is formed by one-time pressing, made of all aluminum material, with a beautiful appearance and no rust. Its circular column is locked inside the clamp and is not easily detached.
2. The base of the gripper is welded to the outer side of the guide groove, and the slide is inserted into the base to allow the gripper to move left and right along the base appropriately.
3. Manually rotate the clamping handle and push it up (down) to the bottom when appropriate, which can apply sufficient pressure to the diagonal aluminum to maintain the position of the skirt board, and the clamping handle will not loosen or fall off.
4. The gripper adopts hot-dip galvanizing technology, which is lightweight, has good anti-corrosion performance, and does not rust.
The anti overflow skirt board has demonstrated excellent performance and convenience in design, installation, and use, providing efficient and reliable sealing solutions for mines.
